Jean has a way of bringing light and awareness to a person’s state of being that penetrates through to the subconscious. Before I started coaching with Jean, I struggled with anxiety, obsessive and racing thoughts, unfulfilling relationships and friendships, and was crippled by fear of what might happen.
After years of therapy, I had almost given up on my life and still didn’t know how to be happy; fighting off depression that would always pull me back down. I felt I’d tried everything and was hanging by a thread. She took that thread and handed me a little more with each coaching session until it was thick enough to be a rope, so that I could pull myself out of a black hole I couldn’t see a way out of.
She helped me find my own inner power so I could help myself. Now I sleep better at night, have broken free of limiting subconscious patterns, am more self-assured and have landed a dream job I never thought I could have in reality! In my social interactions, I’ve taken the things she’s taught me and learned to be lovingly more assertive and have more confidence to receive the things I want and now know and truly believe, deep down, I deserve.
I can honestly say I’m happy and at peace and believe I can handle life.
JEAN REALLY IS POSITIVE CHANGE. She emanates light. Her energy creates positive change. She can see and catalyze positive change that you don’t even know you need because she sees through the smog of current behavior and leads you into being who you want to be. I believe this is a gift she was born with but she hasn’t left it to just that. She has worked hard to sharpen this strength in order to help other people become the best versions of themselves and live the lives they deserve to live, but have only dreamed of living.
